After a long pause, it was a pleasure to be able to host another CRM User Group at Ascot Racecourse. We had 41 clients in attendance representing 24 charities who were treated to a day of plentiful food and the opportunity to meet other Harlequin users.
The main focus of our user groups is for the attendees to help shape future versions of Harlequin CRM. With the wealth of experience in the room, new and old users could share their ideas amongst their tables and direct questions to our team. We had representatives from many types of charities and non-profits who use the software for managing memberships, fundraising activities and much more.
Dom and Martin started the day with a look at some of the features of the existing system starting with dashboards, GDPR and Smart Groups. After a break, Steve our Head of Programming revealed a new template for the query system which will revolutionise the whole query process and speed up the search process. This query system will feature on both future versions of the CRM.
The highlight of the day was left until the afternoon to show a preview of the new Harlequin Web software which was very well received. We had many clients come forward to be Beta testers in the Autumn ready for a January mainstream launch.
Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the day and we have received some great feedback for holding a fun and informative session. We are looking forward to planning our next User Group.
